• Adashe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

Adashe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Adashe harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
